To be eligible for a return or credit you must provide a receipt.
Perishable goods such as Lions Christmas Cakes cannot be returned.
Woodend Lions Community Market Stalls
Market Stall bookings are refundable in full or by issuing a credit for a later market date up to 10 days prior to the schedule market.
Requests for refunds or credits received later than 10 days before the scheduled market date will be at the discretion of Woodend Lions Club. Please send an email to market@woodendlions.org.au outlining your request and giving reasons for your late cancellation. In the case of a cancellation of the Woodend Community Market due to circumstances beyond the control of Woodend Lions Club, that is a Force Majeure, Woodend Lions Club will offer a full refund or credit to a future Woodend Community Market. Such Force Majure events includes, Code Red Days, Floods or other such natural disasters that will prevent the safe operation of the Woodend Community Market.
To claim your refund or credit to a future Woodend Community Market, please email market@woodendlions.org.au and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and indicate if your want a credit or refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
